enter the train
go back up to the round tunnel that used to be covered with a grate
go through the tunnel to the second turn to the left, get the map
go back to the entrance of the tunnel
follow the blood trail
get the key

open the 2 storage doors, get the torch and batteries
go back into the tunnel to the end,
turn right, get the second key
go down towards the platform, go through the door
follow through the tunnel into the hospital, raise the barrier for the sewer by nearing- triggering a slight movement of the valve
go back towards the stairs and the barrier is lifted
go up the ramp and the spiral staircase
follow the corridor until it deposits you on a platform
go up to the escalators and the entrance barrier is removed
go to the stairs and into the dark
